A denser color than the contemporary norm, muddling copper edges with a bronzed amber to coral hue. Distinctive aromas that nudge the noble bitterness of amaro, from pickled orange zest, quince paste and camphor. Unashamedly brazen, mid-weighted and flavorful, with a rail of phenolics serving as the structural guardian, over any obvious freshness. Almost a red of feel, suggesting an age-worthiness. Weight, depth and oomph. From biodynamically grown grapes.
